Went sunday to the track, thought i'd give a summary.

Susp
Steeda Ultralites
Stock Shock / Strut
UMI Upper, lower, and reloca brackets.
4.10 Gear
325/50/15 BFG Drag Radials
Alum D/S

Techco Blower

It was race day, the only 1/4 mile class is 12.0 or slower, so I planned on getting 2 time runs and going out first round with a 12.0 dial in.

1st 10 cars get a free pass so i figured to take advanage. Though i'd slip it from around 6k and see what it does, it didn't do that great, 1.78 60' and then i missed friggin 4th, first ever missed shift, 12.02

2nd pass, stayed at 18psi on the tires, put it on the 2 step at 5200, 1.67 60' and got a 11.79@118. I only had 10 minutes of cool down, so the car was hot.

3rd pass (bout an hour later), thought i'd try 5500 since there had been a lot of fast cars down the track, blew the tires off and hit the limiter a couple times in 1st, 11.90 @ 120.36 with a 1.85 60'.

1st round, took it back down to 5250, figured that was safe to launch at. Took the tires to 16.5 as well. Came off the 2 step and lit em up again, I caught 2nd quick though, and ended up with an 11.75 @ 121 with a 1.79.

All in all I was happy with the last pass. Lets me know the mph is there and that the car has at least 3-4 tenths with a halfway decent 60'. Probably more if I can drive it there in good air.

I outta just go full slicks and say f'it, but i like driving and leaving.

I did order some koni's, hopefully that will help a bit with the weight transfer and i'm gonna yank the sway bar as well.

My gt500 would pull a 1.49 with basically the same setup except tokico's albeit with about 520 rwhp, vs the prob 450-470 i have now

Nice #'s, even with the traction issues! I was at our local track a couple days ago and there was a Techco'd '09 Challenger SRT-8 running similar trap speeds as you, but even with Nitto NT05's he was only posting 12.90's in the 1/4 mile (big traction issues). Those Techco blowers make some serious torque!

Very nice for your first time out on the new setup! And yes, just go straight to slicks and call it a day to make things easy lol

Do you think those BFG's are working out ok for you? I've got a set of 295/55/15 MT DR's sitting in the garage waiting for my wheels to arrive.

I'll know better once I get some shocks on the car. There is no reason imo that this car shouldn't pull 1.5s consistently once I figure tp and launch rpms out

I run BFG DR's, as well, and they hook perfectly every time for me. Mine are 275/40/17's running 20 psi.

what kind of 60's you pulling?

i think the tread will be gone on mine soon too, lol, that should help

try lowering your 2step way down to about 2500-3000 because when you let out on the clutch the rpm rises very fast.I had one on my car and with no 2step 6500 and with the 2step 3200.and still got better 60' without it.imo

theres no way the car isn't going to bog at 2500-3000

my gt500 on full slicks making more power than i am now would 60' 1.49 dumping at 5200

i've tried launching lower before the s/c and the car would just bog

Nice numbers. I picked up a techco kit a few weeks back. The car should be road ready by the weekend. I have similar mods as you should be on the track by next weekend.

Yeah I picked up a Techco kit and it is just about installed right now. Hopefully the dyno tune should be done soon and see some numbers.
