I been reading for a few days now on some of your guys engine builds and read a few threads talking about terminator rotating assembly with 3v heads. Why can you run manley flat top pistons but not run a terminator rotating assembly....I know a guy selling a fresh built terminator shortblock by accufab but it has flat top's in it. Is the piston thickness greater or am I missing something? I Plan on running comp 127350 cams locked out and if I can still use it does anybody know how much the going rate to get the pistons cut for the exhaust valve?

I'm pretty sure it has to do with the exhaust valve clearance. The 4V pistons don't have the correct machining to clear the 3V exhaust valve.
