HUH??? IT's on the drivers side of the removeable carrier. I assume you've never worked with a 9"? I'm an old fart...grew up on 8"/9" rears in all my Fords....lol
Yea never actually seen one in person but all the pics I see on the net I could never see any kind of fill hole haha.

can i pick your brain a bit out these rears?

oddly my 8.8" stocker is slightly warped or somthing because of heat, its ok but eventually need to replace it and i want to put the 9" in.

I read on the currie website i think that you cant use a normal 3rd member in the set up for the s197s? there is a special one or somthing.

yeah the currie 9inch housing will accept any ford 9" third member...i just chose randys because it was built and shipped all i had to do was throw it up in there and bolt it in...and actually cheaper than buying everything seperate and putting it all together myself

it felt sooo good to drive it again...now after i get this paid off its time to tackle more weight reduction...i see corbeau Fx1 pros, 6 point roll bar, momo steering wheel, pass airbag delete, a/c delete and odyssey battert going in the nearish future
