Finally put together a "tuner" or diy return style fuel system centered around Fore innovations new S197-S billet Fuel hat. Includes everything you need minus lines and fittings to allow for maximum flexability of routing and mounting locations to your liking.


-Fore S197-S Billet Fuel hat
-Two Walbro DCSS 405 pumps
-Fore F10 mil spec billet fuel filter
-Fore F1i billet/ss fuel pressure regulator
-Fore 3v Billet fuel rails (includes frps block-off plate)

$999 plus shipping.

*Lines and fittings also available upon request
*Upgrade to viton o-rings throughout for full e85 compatibility is extra
*If you already have return style rails or other components I can cutomize the kit upon request

Exactly. The 3 pump setup is a thing of the past for Fore Innovations. Less is moarrr! lol
The twin 405's out flowed tripple 255's by almost 100 lph during Justin Fore's testing. ;)
Also matched tripple gss342's and outflowed them at higher pressure.

He also got rid of the need for an external Y block and the extra lines and fittings associated with it.

Well I have the triple - so I guess I have the system for 1600 hp if I upgrade the pumps!

LOL, I doubt you would ever need 3 of those pumps. It would be difficult to keep pressure down at idle and part throttle.
With almost 900 lph of flow with just the 2 pumps at 13.5v, that 1200hp rating is a bit conservative... ;)
If you ever needed more it would be easier to just up the the voltage on a hobbs switch to the 2 pumps, they were designed and tested to operate at up to 18 volts.
