*~*~*~SOLD*~*~*~
Okay so it's time to get a more family oriented car. Mustang + Carseat = SUCK! I have been dealing with it for 2 years now. So the Mustang has to go.
Quick specs: 2007 Alloy Mustang GT Deluxe M/T with 74k miles, Shaker 500. Located in Clearwater, Florida. Asking $15,950 OBO! (With all the extra parts not installed included. I can lower price if they're not wanted). If anyone has any input/thoughts on price (priced right/wrong, high/low, etc) please let me know.
Pricing cars is always kind of hard so I'm not exactly sure where to start my asking price, especially being modded and throwing in extra parts that aren't installed... but there we go. Anyway, the car has been taken care of very well and the fluids have been changed regularly. A long time ago I decided to go full synthetic and have kept at it since. About 1,500 miles ago I installed a SPEC Stage 2 Clutch and new Exedy Throw Out Bearing, and also replaced the fluid in the transmission. A few thousand miles before that I installed a new alternator. There's a set of Michelin tires with a lot of tread left on them.
The car doesn't have any real engine tweaks, but some of the mods include: SPEC Stage 2 Clutch and Exedy Throw Out Bearing (1,500 miles on them), Steeda cold air intake (WITH EXTRA FILTER!), SCT tuner with bama tunes for life, Steeda Tri-ax short throw shifter with custom GT ball and boot holder, transmission brace, SLP loudmouth exhaust (FIERCE!), projector headlights with HIDs in them and the fogs, LED taillights and LED third brake light, the rims are painted to match the car, the calipers were painted black but have slowly chipped away, and it has brand new dark tint all around.
I also have a ton of parts that I have not yet installed that I will include if its bought from the forum. I'll try to remember them all and update this list later if I forget some: newer model (2010+) premium leather steering wheel, gas hood struts, radiator cover extenstions, headlight splitters... I feel like I'm missing some stuff. Will update later.
I will also include all of the stock parts that I have laying around.
There aren't too many negatives about the car that I can list, there really only are some small things. The main thing that anyone might notice is the hood. I've had some unfortunate rock chips and some paint bubbling around the front edge and one corner of the hood scoop. I've always planned on getting a different hood so if you feel the same way then it's really not a big deal. There's also a dent on the passenger side that needs to be popped out. It's not folded or creased or anything so really just need to get the tool and pop it. The rest of the paint is pretty damn good. There is a slight vibration at certain RPMs that you'll feel in the shifter, but I have a feeling that might just be engine mounts - And the fact that the tranny is braced so it really accentuates the vibrations. To my knowledge there are no fluid leaks, there is no smoke, and I can still put the car sideways. But I have a 2 year old daughter, hence the sale, so the car really doesn't get driven very hard. Honestly, it never really was driven hard, as I never even took it to the track.
I can post more pics later in better lighting and per request. PLEASE let me know if you have any questions, concerns, thoughts, opinions, OFFERS, etc, etc... Here we go!
