My setup is going to consist of a dw400 in tank, a 5/16th to 6an quick connect on the fuel rail, and 3/8th and 5/16th at the filter. My question is what are peoples solution for the return line? My sending unit only has the fuel line fitting for sending fuel, and the electrical connector. Do you guys just drill a hole through the sending unit and install something? Just not sure how that is typically ran, since im assuming in other applications the sending units have extra fitting locations but on the s197 it doesn't.

than what is it? you have a 4.6L S197 in your avatar...
It was posted in engine swaps, its a gen 2 5.0. I ended up getting a bung onto the sending unit and putting a dash six fitting on it.
Hardcore swaps is for more unusual swaps, not a coyote into a older gen S197, plus you had little detail to know what was going on
