Finished my fuel system upgrade today and will get the car dynoed on Tuesday. We swapped out my GT500 fuel pumps for Ford GT pumps, replaced all fuel lines in the basket with Gates 5/16 submersible hose and installed -6 bulkhead fittings in the hat for each pump. There are -6 braided lines going from the fuel hat to a Y block, and a -8 line going to another Y block in the engine compartment and on to Aeromotive fuel rails. Here's some pics.

I have noticed that a lot of guys like your self are feeding the rails from the front . Is there a reason for this or is it just another way to run the lines? Mine Y with -8 and then to the rear of the rails is there any downside to this?

its done out of necessity. our bypass valve for the KB Blower is in the back and we actually have to modify the rear of the rail to fit and clear the bypass valve leaving the only option of feeding the lines from the front

So this is still return-less? Looks good, wondering if I need to do something similar. Probably need to build a motor first....

yes still returnless. there is no need IMO to go to a return system. plenty of cars in the 900+rwhp range still running returnless
