My Bullitt springs are supposed to be the same as CJ springs and I was afraid to go any lower due to clearance issues. I'm not a big fan of the slammed look but the stock 4x4 look doesn't cut it either. I think the Bullitt/CJ springs are about as close as you can get to a balanced compromise. There's no way in hell I'd keep those springs on the car and chew up my tires like that. Function first, then appearance.

weight trans did seem to be very good with the cj springs, definetly noticed a difference over the stock gt springs.

Took the wheels off this morning and then put them back on. Vibration seems to have gone away. Gear shifter is vibrating some at about 60mph but some vibration is to be expected with as much tubular suspension is under the car now. Going over some bumps I am still getting a noticeable "bang" now and again like something is hitting. Just can't decide on what to do about the springs? Maybe go with a K-springs?

What do you guys think of the Roush springs? I have a lead on a set. I am wanting a slight drop, good for drag racing, and not a 4X4 mustang.

IIRC roush springs rub in the back with meaty tires. Have you looked at BMR springs, they sound like what your looking for.

No, I swapped to these used bmr springs over the winter. They are low enough that i cant have more than just me in the car when the 325/50-15s are on it.

Gotcha, yeah my frpp k springs would rub ocasional in the back when I had the 305/40/18 dr's on the car. I have vogtland springs now havent tried the track tires with them yet.

Those are steeda boss springs with on3 kit. They are pretty stiff. I don't think they would be good for drag racing.

Okay, thanks. I am really leaning toward the roush springs right now, esp since the deal is right.

I'll have my K springs up for grabs soon. Really depends on when Fdjizm and I have time to get them off.

A few pics of the car show I went to last weekend. Mainly just the mustangs. Also have a set of Roush springs sitting here that I will be installed after this weekend.
