Glue removal

Ok i finally got my windows tinted saturday. Ive had moleskin on my driver window for a while but forgot to put it on the passenger side. Seems while he put the tint on the moleskin got pushed over and got glue on the tint. What can I use to safely remove the residual glue off the tint and not damage it?

not sure about the glue, but the 08+ cars had the moleskin on them from the factory. you can just swap out the dew wipes w/ the newer ones and not have to worry about it anymore.

you could just call the place that did the tint and ask them about the glue though

Glu be Gone is amazing. Just call a Tint shop and verify that it will not hurt the tint first!

I use Goo Gone and it's remarkable BUT it's like acetone and I don't think I'd use it on window tint.

Take it back to the tint shop and let them deal with it. They screw it up, they fix it.
