Got the new wheels on!

Car is very dirty but finally got the new wheels and tires on. Let me know what ya think...(and yes I know, I really need bigger brakes now!)

why are the pics dated '06 if they are new wheels? looks good though, but you need the car lowered rather then brakes, lol

I haven't ever fixed the date thing on the camera, just took these pics about 2hrs ago. I really do want to lower it but worried about the turbo pipes underneath...

lol, i figured that with the pics... mines the same way.

i can completely understand about the turbos and lowering it. that was one of the biggest reasons i didn't go with turbos. the wheels look great and much better then stock.

i'll put this nicely... why you be running rubba bands and no lowering springs.

This car is NOT a dd, so if someone has a suggestions on a set of springs that will get me a little drop without being too low, I am all ears.

Also thought about running Roush front end, sides, and a different rear to make it appear lower

Cj springs! Cheap, lower just a tad and great for the track. I have them no issues with the piping.

Wheels look good fuel, but tires are a little thin for my taste. But its yours and it is a pretty car. Need to lower a little like they said. I just installed some Steeda Sports only lowered it about 1" - 1.5".

BTW when ya gonna get those louvers painted and installed?

Really want to get those louvers on sometime soon, car has some dings around the rear wheel wells that I want to get fixed before I put them on since the body work and paint will have to go up to where they will be installed. Also, get everything painted all at once! I got the wheels and tires as a package deal from another great forum member, it will get some 275-35-20s on the rear as soon as I can burn these tires off!

BTW, did you just call my car pretty? Don't worry, I won't tell it you said that.

try the rousch extreme lowering springs. the ride is good and i got a 1" drop upfront and a 1.5" drop in the rear.

As for the tires, as short as those are they probably won't last too long.
