Gt premium rear seats in v6?

I'm selling my GT premium rear seats to help fund my cam or coil over upgrade. I have a buyer interested. Will my seats fit in a v6? Is it the same mounting locations and all?

Same body - they don't give the V6 a different body set up, or different track or wheel base.
