I'm about to get some new rims off of a gt/cs the 18 inch bullits. There going on my 06 v6 pony package mustang. And he was telling me something about a "steering stop" something that has to do with keeping the inside of the wheel from rubbing against the frame...so i was wondering if i needed to get something like that or if i already have it. I asked the ford dealer and they didnt know what i was talking about...so i figured id post something on here. Let me know! thanks!

what size are the wheels you are about to get? I assume 18X8.5? or are they 18X8? Honestly I don't know what is stock. What size are your existing wheels? Again, no idea what is stock? Regardless, I seriously doubt that you need to worry about it. Plenty of people running larger than a stock GT wheel up front and not having problems.
