Like the title says, I'm wondering if a driver's side fender well intake has been done here. There are a couple of places I've seen it done elsewhere but with few details or beneficial claims. Kenne bell seems to tout their passenger side intake as a huge advantage over competing blower designs, but then again, they say that of every detail of their kit. Not to bash kb, just that i'd trust an outside source a little more.

I've searched the web and this site a while for examples of this, and havent turned up much, but I may be looking in the wrong places. Is there much of a benefit to a fenderwell cold air like this? In my case, for a blower known for producing high heat levels (techco) especially under higher boost (mine will be at 14psi once finished in a week or two).

I am not aware of any vendors of such an item so it would likely be custom, and from my little knowledge of fabbing such things, lies my reason for asking.

Unless you are going behind front bumper you are not going to get a decent intake set up more than what is offered. Also go check your fender well...... There is a tire behind it so no one has a fender well intake.
