5.4 isn't too bad. When I was in Taipei a few years back I was staying on the 9th floor of the Wyndham and they had a 6.7. Scared the piss out of me. Then the next day I was on the 25th floor of an office building and they had another one that I later found out was a 5.something. I think one person acknowledged it was happening. Looked up and said "oh, another earthquake", then went on about her business. Fukkin idiots....
