i have stock headers with cat deletes just curious if i might gain from buying a set or not i know the exhaust will sound diff just wondering before i buy a pain in the ass upgrade to work on for 4-5 hours, or be better off just getting a bigger tb i do have the boss intake and cai as well thanks.

i decided on the longtubes and o/r x pipe went with 1 7/8 at the first of the year roush supercharger is to come so no need for a tb since those come as a whole kit.

Optimistic you are- 4-5 hours? is that per side or for the total job? what mufflers are you running? mine are still stock so it is kinda quiet.

Lol yea 4 to 5 hours per side lmao I got it 3 feet on all fours having hell trying to get the motor mount out how the hell do you get to bolts on the front side I'm having hell good learning experience

The headers and o/r x pipe were a great choice the sound is amazing top end power insane would I try to install these again hell no. Or maybe if u had a lift.

glad you got them on- what brand do you choose- na there isn't a whole lot of gain but they will definitely pay off when you go forced induction. Your more ambitious than I am - I started reading the instructions for per the kook's manual and said f- this-!! I just worked a lil hard that week and had mine installed.

Had my headers installed with no cats is alittle loud but sound good. I did not get coated headers but i would have if i had to do over. Under hood heat is crazy when not moving.

I just went with the pypes brand cheap but I'm not the guy that wants to spend 1500 on a set lol I wish they were ceramic as well but it is what it is I'm just glad the sound is there like I wanted and the power gain is there from like 4k all the way up there is a slightly harder pull. Now just waiting for February to get here for my s/c

any clearance issues with the pypes? you hear so much mumbo jumbo just curious how the fit and if you had to dink or dimple them the clear the steering

This said by the guy who's forcing air through the motor. For the N/A crowd a motor is just an air pump. It has to get in and get out, if there is restriction on either end it suffers. It's why FRPP says you NEED LTH with their cams to make any power. With a huffer you're forcing the issue, not a bad thing, just helping out beyond atmospheric. My Kooks LTH were 8 hours of work no way around it and I have had wrenches in hand for what seems like 100 years (40, but it feels like 100).

The steering is really close there is a dimple from the factory to clear it but I think it could use more I only notice a slight vibration on very hard corners other than that the clearance is spot on.
