Heater hose removal

I need to replace one of the heater hoses that runs to the firewall into the heater core. It's tight back there and before I spend 20 minutes wrestling with it, is there a tool to remove it or is it a squeeze and pull setup? Thanks

Iirc you squeeze two white tabs and pull the hose.

Dob instructions recommend two people with small screwdrivers. But i accomplished alone with screwdrivers

I just removed mine with my 2 pointer fingers .. Push in .... Depress both tabs ... Pull out .. Took like 8 seconds max .. Not saying they all are this easy .. but mine was
