When this happens and the lights are on your dash, is your alternator still charging? Sounds like it may also be a wiring issue from ur IC to alternator.

Ur prolly having a short to ground somewhere. Start following ur alternator wires and see if anything is crushed or melted somewhere.

The stock wire had a slite and signs of burned wire...so I removed that part of the burned wire and installed a fuse,as soon as I start the car the battery lite comes on and the power wire that runs from the battery to the alternator gets really hot

Well after reaping apart the whole wire loom to the car u found nothing...so I decide to get a whole new 4 gauge power wire with cooper ends...Idk if that matters but it fixed the problem...the car fires rite up took it down the block left it on for couple minutes and the codes haven't came back thank god...I hate chasing electric problems

The 'blue thing' is the inline fuse in the lead from the battery to the alternator. I had no intention of insulting you, but your situation certainly brought that entire humorous event to mind. After three solid days of laughing my ass off somebody did actually reveal that the 'BT' was an important component of the electrical system.

Is the wire 4 gauge from the factory? Make sure there is some sort of fuse in there.

If you are burning out fuses, that means you are pulling too many amps. This would also cause the wires to get really hot if there was no fuse (you can light a car on fire this way if there is no circuit protection.) If you say the wire looks burned, does this mean the wire is exposed? This could have caused a short to ground, which would draw too many amps.

A fuseable link wont look like a traditional blade fuse. The wiring diagram shows a fuseable link between the B+ terminal on the alt and the battery. As pointed out before in this thread its under the blue part of the covering. Fuses are put there for a reason.
