Help identifying two piece rotor/hat

Can anyone identify what brake hat/rotor combo this is? I can not find it anywhere on the internet and don't want to buy a red headed step child.

Moderator, can you please move this back to the corner carver discussion? I am specifically looking for information about these rotors for use on a race track which is why I posted in the corner carvers section of the forum since the people that read that section of the forum are more likely to be familiar with the various two piece rotors available and therefore offer more help than in the chit chat forum (no offense meant to chit chatters.)

Perhaps the Chit Chat section will get more responses or something?
