Yes I've used the street comps for the last few years on the track/street and they've worked quite well.

305/45/18 on a ProKit drop. I think it's the perfect fit for the wheel well. No rubbing.

Bottom pic is with CobraJet RA springs in the rear and BMR GT500 springs up front.

It did drop my effective gear ratio from 4.10 to about 3.83. I was originally going to go with 3.90 gears so it worked out to be pretty close.

What tire pressure are you running those MT 305/45/18s?

On the street I run them at about 27-28, just high enough to not get the warning light from the pressure sensors. When I used to run them at the track I would run them around 16-18 depending on conditions.

Depends on how you drive on the street. Lateral G's and soft tires do not necessarily work well together.

Ok guys.....

Plans for lowering/upgrading suspension have changed since the funding was needed elsewhere.

The popping/rattling noises are getting worse and just need to get them taken care of.

I have a $1000 i can spend right now to get this straightened out. I suspect balljoints and/or strut mounts....
What would you guys suggest?
Just some oem struts, gt500 mounts, balljoints..... If i go oem struts what about lowering coils?

Thanks

I've had two other items that when replaced resolved rattles. Sway bar end links (in a Mustang) and sway bar mount rubber bushings (in a Charger).
