I'm going guess he's going have you keep the boost very low while tuning (my guess anyway). I'm going be using Lito again once I build my motor and up the boost. I think he's just going have me keep the boost low while datalogging. You might want to consider a trip the track when your "fine tuning" it. I understand the concern going WOT with that kind of power, but once again, keeping the boost down, will keep the power down as well, obviously.

You can always have him standing by remote while you go to a local dyno. I'd advise that you find a loaded dyno for tuning purposes on something making that much power. A road pull will give the best info but at 700 you will be roasting the tires in any gear that keeps you under 90 at the top of the pull.

This. I had Lund remote tune my car at a dyno a few months ago. It's a pretty quick process, because he gets a revised tune to you within minutes after seeing your logs. I think we did a total of 3 or 4 revisions.

Jon can tune remotely with u on a dyno in TN or in person at L&M or Evo in PA.

For 2011+ that have widebands we often do those without ever seeing a dyno. But with a 3V it would be best to do it at a dyno with a proper wideband.

Yep Ken does a great job remote tuning these cars... Did mine and it's been pretty much flawless for a year and a half .. Would for sure have him do it again when I do decide to change it up

Wow-wow-wow!. DBR is literally 2 minutes from my house. Don't take me as a jerk, but I live in a General Motors factory town. I've always assumed that DBR catered to GM cars. I always see high dollar Vettes, Grand Nationals, Camaros etc in the parking lot. I have zero evidence to back my thoughts up but I'm scared to death that the owner/tuner doesn't know ENOUGH about Mustang 3v performance. Maybe I'm overly cautious. Maybe I'm ignorant to the fact that DBR has tuned plenty of Mustangs with Fore return style dual pump systems running E85 pushing 20lbs of boost at 700 plus rwhp. But I don't want to take my baby to a "we do all brands" shop. I want to take it to an exclusive Mustang shop where tuners/owners talk Mustang performance in their sleep. The only other closest place is Delk Performance out in Lebanon TN. About a 30 minute drive. He is a Mustang shop. But...we got to talking today about tuning for E85 and the tuner gave me zero confidence in his ability. He was trying to get me to figure out what injectors I needed for it lol! Me? Hell, your the tuner lol! WTF?

Again, my ignorance talking, but the "best" tuner I know of is 4 hours away in Atlanta. Was just hoping I could find someone closer that's all. No offense to anyone.

I see. It's at least worth me dropping by DBR and asking. My wife was very understanding when I blew my stocker this year. If this one blows...well....ya'll better watch the news. It was her that killed me lol.
