OK, can you guys watch this video and tell me what you think I might need to adjust so I can dead hook? My 60' times are usually in the 1.6x range. I think I should be able to get in the 1.5x range.

Thanks for your help.

It looks like to me you are getting too much squat which might be unloading the tires. I see by your sig you have LCA relo brackets. Are they adjustable(more than one hole)? Can you change your instant center? You might also try the BMR anti-roll bar... it made a huge difference on how my car launches.

I have the BMR relocation bracket with the LCA on the bottom hole. Maybe stiffer settings on the D-specs? Different springs?

I thinking stiffing up the shocks would be the next logical step (and cheapest). I had lots of 1.5x times on Strange shocks and stock springs.

I'll try stiffer settings on the D-specs. Then maybe put back in my stock springs. But then I'll have to get a taller tire for the street to fill in the gap.

It is hopping. What is happening is the car is trying to pitch rotate and the front end stops rising so the weight comes back to the rear springs and the car appears to "hop". If you look at the video and slow it down you can see the car attempting to rotate then it suddenly stops and the rear end rebounds.

What do you have under the front end? Stock? Springs? Struts? Sway bar? Looks like the rear is ok but the front is not.

I have BMR lowering springs and Tokico D-spec adjustable struts, no swaybar. The struts are adjusted all the way soft.

Best thing you can do for racing is to switch the springs to the Eibach drag launch springs. The lowering springs on the market are notorious for pushing the car back up once they compress to a certain height.
