Car runs fine just hesitates once and a while but I keep throwing these two codes and random misfire... 6,000+ (hard miles) on the twin turbo motor fully tuned on stock bottom end with hot rod cams...

Probably going to pull the cam sensors clean them and see if that helps... If not where can I buy them... Thanks guys...

When i put the new motor in i had these codes keep coming up and the car felt as it was bogging and not timed right. Kept going back over my timing chains and and gears but everything was good. Ending up being a bad phaser. Replaced it and everything was good. Could be something different but that was my experience

I bought my sensors from the Ford dealership, I think they were around $50 a piece. It was over a year ago I replaced mine.

Mine was undrivable..It felt like it was running on 4 cylanders..Idle was way off. I am lucky i didnt blow it up it, it was way out of whack..It "sounded" like an ignition issue, but it wasnt..

Check the voltage when it's running. If you can datalog PCM voltage, do it!
I watched my voltage vary from 13-6-13.9 volts one day, then later same day from 12.6-13.0, getting lower and lower. Car still ran, but threw P0340 codes each time voltage dipped below 13.5.
For grins, I checked the a/c voltage while running, and it was 31 volts a/c!!! YIKES! And 13.7 dc at the time.

I've put in a new PA 200 amp alternator and have not checked the voltage, but will tomorrow.

My vote is it may be the Alt just like mine did... It threw that code also and I had the Alt tested and it was going bad.
I took mine to Walmart and they came out with a hand held tester and it printed out the info right there.
So I just upgraded to a 200a alt that I bought off ebay. Not a problem since, no codes or anything.

How much that alternator run you... I have a feeling the amount of times I have jumped my car and ran her to no batt might be contributing... I still want to change the cam position sensors....

I can't find it on my ebay page anymore so... I think it was around $100 dollars, maybe a little more.

That is what my car was doing, I had to jump it off every few days. It was not my battery, I had it checked first.
