I am using HT0's in my supercharged 2006. I want to replace the plugs. I have been reading that the design of the plug strap has changed over the years and some have reported issues with the strap breaking off. Is this still an issue? Is there another option for HT0 plugs?
Thank you.

Brisk Silver plugs are a one piece design without the inherent weaknesses of the two-piece. I've been running them since I added the supercharger a few years ago; performance is great; never any issues with them. Expensive, but IMHO not having to worry about breaking a plug off in the head is worth every penny. Different models depending on HP levels. For 450 - 600 HP use: 3VR14S; above 600 use 3VR12S

Accel also makes a plug that is cooler than stock. I currently run these.

I saw these on American Muscle's website. What an odd way to advertise a spark plug. So 3VR14S is one range colder than stock?

Thanks everyone.

I have (8) USED Brisk Silver 3VR14S spark plugs (one heat range cooler) for sale $40.00 They have about 30K +/- miles.

Had them on my 05’ and replaced them with a fresh set of HT0. Also used the HT0 on my old 06’ GT convertible with great results.

Buying used sparks plugs is not something I want to try but thank you.

Understood. Just incase you wanted to try them out. They still have more than half life left.

Are you using the new version of the HT0? Have the new versions given you any trouble?
