Like I told you on the phone brother, bust out the saw and make that fan shroud your bitch! lol

Here are some pics showing you how close and tight everything ends up being. Keep in mind I have the BOSS rad/fan setup

Also, at this time, this very moment... To save you from shooting something... Connect your vacuum line to the pressure relief valve/BOV, and let it dangle until later on in the instructions. Trust me... ;-)

I personally think this is a flaw in the instructions because when they finally get to tellin you to connect it, you've put a whole gaggle fuck of shit in your way. lol

You see that red area? Fuck that whole area, including the lip. Trim it down so the pipe can easily clear, but leave parent material so that it keeps its structural integrity.

Hell, I even had to modify the temp switch modification with a few more washers so it would clear the pipe. I kinda feel I was in the same boat as OBG.

There was just no way it would clear unless I got crafty. And this wasn't my first rodeo on things like this. I have 4 years as a top level machinist/fabricator before I do what I do now, and my eyecaliper is still accurate lol. Trust me, it would not clear without ingenuity.

I have a feeling that their jigs are not as QC'd as they think they are. But all is well, boosting and smiling. :thumb2:

I pulled the lower metal bracket of the pass side everything is good. Got all pipes fitting. Now pulled everything back out. Pulled radiator and will try and get it repaired tomorrow or by a new one. Thanks giz for the info.

Wnt2gofst. What did you do with the vent from the driver side head since you dont run an intake. Just a filter??

Its actually dumped to a little fitting and filter. I just ordered a new catch can I'm going to run. A Moroso to get rid the jlt that another fitting broke on.

I just put the k&n filters on to vent the crankcase. Cheapest option vs. a catch can.

Buddy did that with ones jpc sells. His shit leaks oil out the filter itself. He got tired of it an did catch cans on both sides. Not sure about everyone but we DD our cars. Least 200 miles a week.

Yeah mine seem to leak some oil out also. I may actually switch to a different setup eventually. The drivers side doesn't seem to be so bad, but the passenger side leaks quite a bit. I just wipe down the coil pack cover about once a week. I'm OCD about my car too, so it drives me nuts.
