bought the prothane kit for the front lower control arms. the rear bushings are cake to remove. what is the secret to the front bushings? i can't figure out how to press it out without undue stresses (don't want to bend it like the other guy on the board) After burning out the rubber and inner sleeve I spent about an hour with a hacksaw, punch and chisel and got one out. is there an easier way before i start on the other one tomorrow?
i tried the old 2 sockets and a vice trick and it wouldn't move at all.

The damndest thing is I cut those sobs before I put it in the press to finish the job. My recommendation is to just stay away from the press no matter how tempting it is.
