The fake hood scoop on your 2010 looks good. It definitely has a phycological effect...when the car in front of you at the red light looks in his rear view mirror.Yep... to each their own.
When I bought my '10 GT Premium a year ago, a non functioning cosmetic factory hood scoop was a factor for selecting the car.
It wasn't the only reason but it helped influence the pick.
It's appearance reminded me of the '69 Boss 429 hood which was one of my all time favorite cars.

I think the Ford plastic intake covers were only fitted from 2007 onwards to the GT Premium and California Special. Mine obviously didn't have one and I chose to go aftermarket with the prettier looking BBK.
