Exhaust cutout may help slightly, but if the turbine/housing is undersized like CPRSM was saying it won't help enough. Sounds like what he said where the compressor moves too much air for the turbine. I'm assuming you have a 3" downpipe? What size is the downpipe outlet of that turbine housing?

Ask them what they're going to resize. They don't offer a larger turbine in that frame

FYI I watched a single turbo Precision 67mm make 540 to the tire on a bone stock 3v motor on 10#. A 76mm isn't too big and should make more then 540.

Do you have a dyno graph w boost?
More hp w a smaller turbo would be pretty amazing. (No offense to you)

Cutouts would only solve a back pressure issue if it was caused by post turbine pressure. It won't fix an undersized turbine.
The 79mm on a coyote w the same AR maxed at about 7psi. A smaller/less effecient engine will be able tompish it farther but not much
