First off let me introduce myself, my name is Thomas. I'm new here. And I have a 2005 Mustang that I have owned for 5 years now. Was purchased from a member on this forum and I got the car local. Car is fully built from front to back. It original had a 2.6 kenne bell on it. A couple months ago I decided to upgrade the supercharger on it. It now has the 3.2 lc mammoth. About a week ago I went to have it tuned, everything was going great. But whenever he went WOT the car would fall on its face and have no throttle response afterwards, now its lost all throttle response all together. When you turn the key on the throttle body doesn't move at all. I tested the volts at the tb motor and it has 3.7 at key on but doesn't increase when the gas pedal is pressed. Also found the pcm pin and tested the volts there. Same thing 3.7 volts and doesn't increase when pedal pushed. My tuner thinks it's a bad pcm. I tried looking around and I couldn't find any information on it. Anything would help. Thanks!

Check the pedal sensor on the gas pedal. You'll have to find resistance and voltage specs on your own for it.

Another thing to check is the T-body visually. Take your CAI off and have someone turn the key "on." The T-Body should be calibrating itself during key "on."

Only other thing I can think of at the moment is to check your T-body harness wiring. If I remember, most PD blowers require you to extend the harness for the T-body due to relocation. Crimp splices are prone to fail, everything should be soldered.

I'm going to check the wiring and has pedal sensor. The tb doesn't move at key on. (doesn't make the moving/calibration sound) and I did have someone watch while I turned the key on. And no its never had a water/meth kit on the car.

I would think that it would be the pcm also if the TB isn't moving or making calibration sound at start up I don't believe that that would have anything to do with the pedal sensor. Also on a side note the 05 pcm is different than the rest of the 05-09 GT's make sure they send you the right one if you need it......I have seen several 05 and 06 pcm's go bad.

OK so I also have a 2010 mustang gt. I took the gas pedal off it and plugged it in my 05. Did nothing. I also checked the tb motor wires. They looked good, they also weren't extended. Guess I'm going to take it to Ford.

Montreal Qc,
Also throwing codes p2104, p2107, and p2110
I would double check the harness and then try swapping the throttle body before going with the ECM

P2104 - Throttle Actuator Control System Forced Idle
- Faulty Throttle Actuator Control (TAC)
- Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) harness is open or shorted
- Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) circuit poor electrical connection
- Faulty Powertrain Control Module (PCM)

P2107 - Throttle Actuator Control Module Processor
- Faulty Electronic Throttle Body (ETB)
- ETB harness is open or shorted
- ETB circuit poor electrical connection
- Faulty Powertrain Control Module (PCM)

P2110 FORD - Throttle Actuator Control System - Forced Limited RPM
- Faulty Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) Motor
- Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) Motor harness is open or shorted
- Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) Motor circuit poor electrical connection
- Faulty Powertrain Control Module (PCM)

Ok, so I talked to a Ford tech. He told me the same thing, to test a different tb and to reset the system by taking the positive wire off the battery for 10 mins. I did that and got nothing. I also put the old tune and old tb that I know worked fine together back on the car still nothing. I will examine the wires more closely.
