well it's been quite a while since I've posted on here! but I have a new list of stuff done to my 07 V6, which is now a GT killer! new mods include:

R1 Drilled/ Slotted Rotors,
Hawk pads
Tokico pro sport shocks
K Sport R springs (2&1/2" drop)
SMR strut tower brace
J&M caster camber plates
Full custom CAI
Taylor racing helix TB spacer
screaming demon coil
Taylor racing wires
NGK power plat plugs
Brand new T5-OD trans with upgrades
Royal Purple Everything
8000K HID kit
Saleen style grill
blackout panel
carbon fiber dash kit
Pypes X-Pipe with turndowns (nothing after the X Pipe)
SCT tuner

I've probably forgotten a few upgrades but I beat 05-08 GT's with CAI's and exhaust, new V6 Camaros, and the new V6 mustang. havnt dynoed it yet but I'm about to after a few more upgrades.

as for "09-10 GT's" it's the same motor as the 05-08. just different body. off a line a GT has me. going from 40-100 I have them.

I have a few videos I'll try and post. and there are a few guys in the mustang club I'm in with V6's with almost the same set up and they hold with GT's too

I have no idea. I have a friend who dynoed his V6 and it was at 267. idk if that's crank or wheels. but I pull him every day.

I think the trans might have something to do with it too. I can't go in to too much detail on it because I'm still working out a few things with Tremec on it. but all I can say is that it's beefed up a bit. idk if that would have a lot of influence on my performance though.
