I've been rounding up parts here lately to get the stang back a runnin . still undecided on what i wanna do on some things but order as i make my decision on stuff. My plans for it is to bring it to mid to upper 10's and leave it there but that is the ultimate goal not one that will be accomplished at the end of this build . Although it would be nice to do it with this round lol .

this is the list of ordered parts so far :

Is there anything else im forgetting here ? My main reason for the undecided items is if i should pnp the heads or not i know f/i brings out more power in them than n/a but i dunno the gains almost dont seem worth it to me unless im wrong ?

go OEM on the oil pump. MMR has had so many failures its not even funny. One guy locally just had one fail.

now what about the rest of the list any suggestions on things im missing ? or need ? should i just lock them out or do limiters ? i think im just going to run stock cams for now with upgraded springs until i do a lil more research on cams , and i'll be running a cobra flywheel instead of the spec


oh and dex i got the 60's and gt500 pumps ( lol i knew id need them soon so got them from the get go lol ) i need to double check with lance but will probably be adding 2 kb boost a pumps too while im there and he already has a modified " hat " so i just need to get the filter , hose , and rails , now i know thats kinda overkill for my project but hell while its down and have some of the parts given to me fuck it cant hurt lol

then we have to rethink the meth setup as it may have been one on the main reasons steve's motor was freaking out ( mainly it was the upper manifold but the meth helped lol ) if this fuckin c&l would come out id scoop it up and do a direct injecton on it but its still vaporware to me

if u use cams, i'd user livernois phaser lock outs, as far as springs i used 26113-24 because they were what compcams recomendend. but i should just get the high load ones. as far as the headers i see u are turbo, why not just keep the stock ones. thats what im doing. its 100% guarantied that they are not going to crack or anything wierd that may happend to shorties.

my only reason for headers is i traded kenneth some shit for them ..... he went with longtubes so i picked up the shortys besides that id still be going through stockers , and i dont see these cracking im sure kenneth has beat the hell outa these already so if they woulda fucked up it would have by now lol

If u already have them, try them on. but keep the stokers just in case. i have been tempted to buy lt's for a good deal and shorties also but always back up.

Yea, get the dual BAP for your GT500 setup.

The best placement for methanol is after the MAF and before the TB.

well steve was running 3 nozzles 1 pre turbo and 2 after but before tb but with the stock manifold it was making some cylinders rich and some lean at wot but it evened out at the wideband so they will be testing a whole new setup that hasn't even been released yet ..... what shot are you running ? they were running 2 9gph nozzles and a 12 if im not mistaken i'll probably do a double or tripple 6gph which will make it more less a " fogger " system

not sure on the size to be honest. lowered me about a point when I turned it on. Sits a couple inches away from the TB and works fine

i dunno im guessing it had to do with the amount they were spraying and the fact they were running crazy boost and timing lol i guess we'll see shortly

Why are you fucking around with that GT500 fuel system if you've got Fore/Lethal everything else? Just get the damn Fore system and be done with it.

and the only reason im not doing the fore sytem is because i dont plan on bringing it up that high yet , im stuck with this 3650 and i know damn good n well it will be in pieces if i do put it over 600 hell probably 550 , and half of the fuel shit will be given/sold to me so im not "breakin the bank " on it , and you wanna know the fucked up part the only thing i ordered a while back and aint recieved yet is the fuckin bolts off coral who'd a thunk ? lol

but i do give big props to livernois rick went as far as to go to the back and talk to the guys to see exactly how long it would be till it shipped ( they didn't have any in stock ) , guess how long a whopping 3 days lol , pleasure doing buisness with them and will be ordering more stuff from them for sure
