Kooks longtubes Problems Already!

3.2" pulley. They were somehow clogged so it built 17lbs and blew my motor.

Now I know I'm glad I got rid of them. That crap in there is wound pretty tight. It took some friggin pressure to do that!

So I called kooks this morning and was pleasantly surprised at a company that knows how to handle issues and make the customer happy. The general manager george got on the phone right away and apologized for the issue and proceeded to tell me he will make it right. They said they will get the cats out to me the same day they get them. He didn't BS me and say they have never seen an issue and actually said they don't manufacturer the cats and they don't see many issues but most are on blower cars.

Wonderful, that's who I worked with to! I think MS may have gotten a bad batch of these. But yes, they told me the only way they wouldn't cover it is if I was boosted.

+1 I love my ARH's but I run an O/R X as FL has no inspection/sniff test. Will be sad to see them go when the TT kit gets mounted up, but I am sure that will only be until the TT is fired up.

Good luck dude! They really seem like a great company to do business with. That's one of the reasons I didn't mind paying more for the Kooks.
