I have not seen any info on a Boss specific TB.

Kdanner is the one to ask, he has a Boss crate engine.

The Boss crate motor does not come with an intake or TB. I am almost certain the Boss TB is the same as the standard 5.0 motor.

Just read the new 5.0 mag. Thy said it made 11whp on stock manifold.....not really anything with boss intake

5.0 said with the Boss intake with the TB picked up power down below but wasn't specific. If I read it correctly they're claiming the Boss intake picked up 31 more hp by itself. Seems a bit off compared to what has been posted on this forum.

They were still fooling with tune on the boss manifold when they did that test.

Since then more have been tested on both intakes and the gains are exactly the same on both intakes with the TB.
Most have seen anywhere from 8-12 with most seeing around 10hp

Also they got 437 rwhp from a cai and off road h pipe. That seems far off from what's been posted on this forum. But it does seem about right that they gained 10 hp from the intake.
