Change my oil recently, today I checked my oil level and there was quite a bit of oil around the dip stick tube. Also, was a little less than a quart low.

No smoke, runs and drives fine. No new noises. Mods are CJ setup, long tubes, xpipe. I'm thinking the worst already but hopefully I'm wrong.

Where. At the top where the dip stick goes in or at the bottom where it snaps into the block?

Was it seated all the way before you pulled it?

It pools at the bottom, there is a screw for the valve cover almost directly beneath the dipstick. That is where I'm seeing the oil.

The dip stick is completely seated, I was thinking maybe the o ring around the dip stick.

Could be that. The only reason oil could be pushing here otherwise is if you had a lot of blowby and that was pressurizing the crankcase. Check the PCV valves in the valve covers for free movement, for a start.
