Depends on your car and suspension setup, and how well your car transfers weight to the back. Could be as low as 13-14 or as high as 22-24. Typically you'll start out at about 15psi and then keep adding air until you spin, then back off a little.

The car only has a CAI, cat delete and1.5" lowering springs.

I think you will find that somewhere around 18-19 would be a good place to start. You can go a little lower if the track surface is marginal and you are having trouble hooking.

Chayce what psi were you running the last race? With my auto I run 18 but you have a manual so starting off as low as 15 is fine. You gotta get a good burnout around 40 mph for at least 4 seconds to properly heat those tires.

With practice you will get your launch technique down and lower those ETs.
