I still have my cloth ones as well, but I highly doubt I will be willing to wrestle with the labor of swapping them lol.

If it is a total, and I get time to remove stuff I am more than willing to swap complete seats with someone....

Hate to bug you Maddax, but do you have more pics of your car before it went in?

I am thinking the rear end is shot. 4 wheels, front bumper, hood, front driver quarter panel, rear quarter panel, rear bumper, fog lights, head lights, grills, rear end, maybe transmission... didnt feel like it wanted to go into gear, but I only drove 100 feet or so... rear wheels were wobbling like crazy, front drive side wheel is leaning in.....

Blue book is about 24k I think.... so 24k minus what they could sell it for... maybe 7k? idk. So for it to total I am guessing it will take 17k in repairs... Its going to be close.

In all seriousness, I'm glad you AND your passenger are OK. Sorry to see your car like this, it was a BEAST!:thumb2: ...........just don't turn gay on us and get a Vette!

Sorry to see man. I know how you feel. It doesn't look bad enough to total even though I know that's what you want at this point.

P.S. FUCK YOU ULTRA!!!!

Damn man. Sorry to see the damage to your car.

Did you get any citations? Your license has to be getting pretty maxed out. Lol.

No citation, and not sure why you would think that. Only one ticket on my record in the past 3-4 years.

I have never taken any car of mine to Ennis.
Damage is only to one side of my car.
Also I posted pics of it on top of a guard rail....... so I am not seeing your connection. Along with 20+ witnesses... oh and pics of the car in perfect condition only hours earlier.

Didn't make a claim that it was your car. Your car is similar to the one I saw hit the wall at the track.

The whole hmmm... left room for speculation so I wanted to be sure to clear that up. No harm done.

Oh my mistake. I was thinking it was you who got in some trouble for street racing not too long ago.

I'm truly sorry to see this. I too have had one get away from me and it's a terrible feeling. Just don't waste time on thinking "what if" and hopefully things will go through smoothly to get her back in shape or move on to the next.

Keep us updated with everything.

Best of luck!

I dunno, to me, it looks totalled. My little passenger side small hit for new door skin and front fender, after paint and everything was $5-6k. For everything I see in that photo (and probably some frame damage) I could easily see it totalling.

Don't forget they will adjust for depreciated value too, as well as just repair costs.

Glad to hear no one was hurt.

My front end took $9800 in damage when I was hit from the side by a woman not paying attention. Insurance paid it without even coming close to a total. Damn headlights added a big chunk to that total.

If you find a shop that does high quality work and not some hack to repair it, I'd keep the car. If repaired properly it'll be like new. I don't know why people insist on propagating the myth that the car "will never be the same again". Put that shit out of your head, get it fixed right and enjoy the hell out of it.

I spun mine around a couple of years ago on wet streets at a whopping 35mph and it needed all kinds of cosmetic shit plus a hood, quarter panel, both bumper fascias, rear glass and a new rear end assembly. I've had the car for two years since the accident and it's still good as new. I paid extra for them to strip the entire car and respray it and the finish is perfect. The only thing I had to take it back to the body shop for was to re-aim the headlights.

Mine hydroplaned a few weeks ago. Ins and I both thought it was minor but after the engine was pulled to fix front frame rails they found the firewall is damaged and its structural so will have to be totaled now.
I hope your gets totaled with all that damage all over.

Glad your ok.

Did it deploy the airbags?

Mine deployed steering wheel and dr seat air bags

I'm going with totaled. The tweaked rear end and all the damaged wheels sealed the deal I think.

That sucks it got away from you. That's one of my fears. On ramps are about the only chance I really get to lay into it, but they're not generally straight, so it's a pretty dangerous (but fun) place for a high hp car.

Hopefully insurance takes care of you. And buy it back if it gets totaled.

Removing the supercharger just to ensure I don't get stiffed. Im pretty much done, and the adjuster will be looking at it tomorrow. I will probably know something by the end of the week.
