If you had another set to test out from a buddies car or someone willing to help you that would be my first thing to try and eliminate as an issue.

If that didnt fix it i would talk to the tuner and see if they can retard the timing a little more and add extra fuel in boost to eliminate that next.

Does it hiccup right when it goes from vacuum to boost?

The hiccup is random. My tuner is 1500+ miles away.

This would be a good way to eliminate the injectors seeing the high pressure. Even if they aren't 80s for right now since you are on spring only.

You said it does this in nuetral reving also, without any load, correct?

If you are thinking injectors, then 39s would be fine at your level. I'd guess that lito would want to adjust your tune for them though. That could provide finger pointing to the injectors if the others work well. GL!

Id just do what ever lito is telling you I would think lito would be able to tell if it was the injectors in the log.
