UPDATE.

replaced everything that Dino recommended and a bit more and so far so good, starts up fine and drives good, i do want to say that the motor feels more aggressive and sounds a bit more aggressive as well than before, i ended up getting the heads ported with new springs and rocker arms, gt500 oil pump with pick up tube and it feels good so far, gonna keep driving it around more and pray it keeps working lol
