Motor Build for Turbo

Is there anything I should know if I plan to run a turbo... other than cams is the motor build the same as any other build?

Pistons, rods, valvetrain upgrades depending if you want to increase the RPM. Crankshaft also seems dependent on what power levels you are aiming for. There are guys running stock crankshaft at 600-700+ HP levels.

Thanks... the "building of the motor" is new and since I decided to go Turbo I want to make sure there isn't anything out of the norm you have to do if your going to run a turbo over a twin screw.
