Get the BBR stage 1's. It was my favorite NA mod...
i don't think 500 bucks will get you there.
i think you need more gear, cams and headers and a retune.
4.10's to me seem to be not enough gear for a 28" tall tire also.
at the track a run a 26" tall tire with 4.56's. i mean i know yours is an auto, but that's a lot of tire for that gear, imho.
i run 28.5 inch tall tires on the street with my 4.56's.
i was stuck trapping around 109, but a retune with updated cam timing netted almost 5mph. this is all in good weather, of course.
26" tires, cams, delete plugs/plates, eh20 pump, ud pullies, torque converter, driveshaft. choose 2 of those that is under $500 and your at a start. every little thing counts when your shooting an n/a car down the strip.
you can also try to remove your passenger seat, rear seat and trunk lining. front and rear bumper supports - you can make on your own using 1/4" flat stock, pump up your front tire pressure to 45+ lbs, if you have 2 stock spares laying around use them as skinnys on the front...just get higher rated 175-195 tires as the doughnuts are only safe to 60mph.
i dont think you make enough power to warrant the 28" tire. you have the perfect gear -4.10- to run a 26" tire.
either up the power or drop the total gear with a 26" tire.
You'll see absolutely be best results out of your available mods with a torque converter. Look for a deal on a used one and don't forget to get your tune modified with the converter in mind. Nothing much else you can do to improve your 60' time without it, beyond the already mentioned power adders.
