I need some help identifying a part on the engine block. It's located behind/beneath the bolt that holds down the intake manifold at the corner of cylinder 8 (pictured below). While searching for vacuum leaks, I came upon what sounded like an air leak coming from this part. I've listened to the hoses and seals in the area and there is definitely a hissing noise coming from this part and nowhere else in the area (video link to noise below). I'll be testing the area with some spray toinight to see if I can get the idle to change, so I'll give an update after that. Any ideas?

I found that it was the rod within the cmcv plates. It was leaking from the outside.
