Anyone know if this will fit under a 05-09 with little to no modification?
thinking about snagging it.

Anything can be made to fit, but why? Just get exhaust for your car. That is a stock unit anyways, that's just seems silly.

You should get two 2015 4cyl econoboost exhausts and weld them together instead, you will double the horsepower that way
