fckyea! I ran stock mufflers with a gutted H for like a week one time and it sounded awesome (other than the crap ping ting ting coming from the hollowed cats up front). I love the tone of the stock mufflers though. Running them without cats just amplified that good tone out back.

I just wish they were louder. I agree with you entirely.

I have a set of 07 GT500 mufflers (auto GT axle back) coming in this week for trips. My ORX and MBRP axle back is way too dam loud cruising on the highway. They sounded awesome with the factory H though, no drone at all.

i'm not a huge fan of chambered mufflers mainly due to the drone. thats why i liked the muffler deletes because there wasn't any.
