Still working on photos...
Car is running pretty good. Minor tweaking the the tune. Mainly idle issues but almost there.
I was wondering if anyone has experienced the p0193 code? Fuel rail pressure sensor high output. We just replaced the sensor. It keeps coming up only when the car is cold. I reset it after it is warmed up and it doesnt come back up until I start the car when it is cold. I am thinking it is something to do with the tune?

So now the p0193 code comes on during start up and then goes off after it is warmed up.

Think it is because of the PRV delete in the fuel pumps?

Broke dafuk down
Well I think I figured it out. Getting 12v to both pumps, both booths coming on. Decided to take out the pumps and found the fuel line was broken.
If you look close in the picture where the 2 lines come from the pumps into one the plastic y fitting is broken.

I must have broken it putting the pumps in and there must have been just enough pressure to support it running but nothing else.
And of course nobody in town has the y fitting. Had to order. Will be here tomorrow morning. This should be it!

I see you have those lousy hose clamps too. I have seen more than one of those pieces of shit fail... just to toss that out there. I will NEVER use those after seeing all the grief they have caused TWO of my friends..

Lemme guess,, those came in a kit..

Here is a datalog of a start up with the P0193 code showing. See anything out of the ordinary?

Good news. So after days worth of troubleshooting chasing electrical gremlins...the new fuel pressure sensor is bad. Put the old one on and no codes.

Now to find out if I have to install these lockouts. Which were not installed because the shop replaced my cam phasers with new ones and didnt know that the old ones already had lockouts installed. Do stage 2 cams require lockouts?

I was told and cams that require springs, require lockouts or at least limiters.

I guess I will have to call BBR. The website says they are not needed but if you buy it as a kit it comes with spring, cam and lockouts but not with the cams only the kit.

What are the cam specs? Anything under .5 lift doesn't need limiters or lockouts.

Just read through your thread and I was one of the guys with a broken Y fitting in the fuel pump hat. Mine is the GT500 setup that came with my Whipple big boost upgrade but I sent it to Jeremy @ S&H Performance to have 340lph pumps installed. Here is what mine looked like:

Not only was one leg completely broke off, the other 2 were cracked. I also couldn't find one locally. During my search I did find replacements pretty cheap but when I found this I gladly paid $30 for stainless steel goodness! That will not break!

Cam lockouts installed. Only took me about 4 hours...
Really nervous about it but went back together without a hitch. Seems to idle a bit better too...
