nick a good question for you, is there supposed to be a gasket with the plate? i installed a new ford gasket in factory location and bought a second one the put in front of the plate where it meets the throttle body but it wouldnt fit.

Just didn't think it would be a good idea to use the zex controller with a plate system since it is designed to spray through a nozzle. It adjusts the fuel/nitrous based on pressure too so you might not get as good as atomization with a plate? I guess I just don't see why you wouldn't go ahead and use a HSW controller.

ok got ya, i thought you were meaning a TCS controller. i doubt that the zex box would be effected negatively by the plate.

First, like previously stated you need a pressure gauge and the right bottle pressure (usually 950psi to 1050 psi). Everything else doesn't even matter if you don't have the right pressure to start with. I picked up 34 rwhp going from the wrong pressure (around 800 something) to 1000 psi. And that was on a 100 shot.

Second, I really would suggest a window switch if your going to squeeze out of the hole. 3 years ago I didn't have one, and was fine for 100+ nitrous passes, then one day.....

ok so now anyone want to chime in and tell me their experiences with these transmissions?? how weak are they and what power level can they hold?

The trans was fine with the 125, it was the stock torque converter that started locking / unlocking on the big end after a lot of 125 shot passes.
