Ya I dont no of any 17x10 for are cars either. i just wonder if the tire is to big to run a wheel that sticks out like that?

No, you want smaller/shorter tires up front for better weight transfer.
the saleen tires are 275/40r20 up front. I dont want to change my axles or redrill any wheels. The nittos are smaller than I thought and I'll just use a 94-04 wheel.
Not necessarily to short up front and it will take more to pick it up as the center of balance gets shifter more forward .

that sucks. i get a steal on the dr but now I have to buy 4 wheels and two tires.
Seems like a lot to go through for maybe being on the track once a year. What are the models of the tires again? The problem that you run into from a drag perspective is that the suspension and gearing/axle set-up on Saleen is really setup for the 20's that they throw on it. Now Lightblade is right by saying you can offset this by matching up the overall height as much as possible. The other nasty effect of Saleen's 20's is that they are forged chrome, so you can imagine the weight problem. With that being said, know you got a great deal on the tires, but don't jump through hoops trying to make them work on the car. My friend slapped some NT-01 Nittos on his Saleen and that thing hooks and rolls hard at the track.... even with the 20's..... of course, the problem is that it's not a street tire either and he only rocks one set of rims......
call oe wheel replicas ( I think that's the place ) I picked up my set for $50 each they were being discontinued ....it's worth a shot , they were 10.5" too
