but i keep saying...how ya gonna get a head count without a date?

You need to give the owner of the dyno a head count to see if it's worth it. Paul from Modern Muscle said he would do it as long as it's on a weekend it will be good. Now we have to agree on a date, but who all is interested? First question is will tabernacle be ok for u guys? It's about 15 mins from Atco. He worked on a few cars on this site and we built my car there.
We have a dyno, so who's in?

As far as JDM and Evo, Good Luck!!!!

If it's local my neighbor would probably bring his fox with a 460 in it just to see what it's making before he drops the 532 he purchased into it.

i wasnt looking to make this happen fast. shit id like it to happen in the spring! and theres no tuning involved in a dyno day so lund wouldnt be there.

i talked to fred years ago and he had a system that involved free pizza depending on how many would be coming.

Understood that Lund does not have to be there but he is the only one that has a clue there when it comes to tuning. It would be nice to have him there in case you need to set up a dyno tune session. I would recomend Tillmans if you just want numbers and air fuel.

Hello Guys. I will be more than happy to provide the dyno service for you. It's tuff right now with all the crappy weather. Early spring would be a good time. My dyno is actually mobile and if you want I could set up at Atco Raceway. I have done this in the past with Mustang clubs. Just need to pick a date (March?) and get a solid head count. Let me know.

thanks,
Paul

Hey Paul, this is James who was at your shop when the other Paul was dynoing his turbo Mustang at your shop. Doing it at Atco seems like it would be a great idea since people can get on the dyno and then hit the track. However it's done I'll probably want to set up another dyno session with you since I want to get some pulls on my 93 octane tune and then some on the 110 leaded tune.

When I get my car back together I'll get in touch with you to set something up for some numbers. Probably on the 93 tune and then if the Atco dyno session happens I'll do the 110 fuel for that.

Thanks for posting and letting everyone know!

The different between spectating and test'n'tune is only $5 and I'm sure they would let you just pay the $10 spectator fee and still get on the dyno. At least on a weeknight the prices are $10 spectator and $15 test'n'tune. If it's on a weekend they are higher.
