Not that this means anything, but I personally found it interesting when I started researching just who had a sub 10 sec S197... (3V - stock computer)
I was actually pretty amazed that I could only find 3 shops who has a customer in the sub 10 zone. When I say customer, I'm talking about an actual customer and his/her car. Not a car who is in someone's name but primarily owned by the shop for all pratical purposes... cough...JDM...cough...
Now I know Forensic Steve and Ken3030 are 'close' but that don't count. Eric's car is not a 3V (sorry bro) so all I could find to date was the following...
Powerhouse Turbo - 2 customers running sub 10
Modular Depot - 1 customer running sub 10
Racers Edge Tuning - 1 customer running sub 10
Lethal Performance - 1 customer (I think David Beyer but might not be Lethal)
THAT'S IT! If there are others - please post but that was all I could find on this platform. Every single other instance was a shop owned or sponsored car. It really puts into perspective just how difficult it is to do this and it certainly isn't as easy as quite a few shops 'claim' it is if they can't duplicate the results with any customers.
Just an interesting observation IMO...
