Pac 1533 are some of the best. They are a nitrided version of the Livernois springs, so seat pressure is a little higher and open pressure is too. 120lb seat pressure and 285lb open pressure at .550" lift. They use stock retainers and seats/seals.

Retainers should be fine i would think if anything would wear it would be the triple grove locks but 10k isn't a lot of miles and those parts are pretty durable just my opinion.

Yes Livernois springs use stock style retainers & locks
They also use them on their stage 3 3v heads.

Yeah I've seen the head change kits buy I have arp head studs already so I guess my question would be will regular 4.6 gaskets work or will I need a larger bore gasket

You need larger bore gaskets. You do not want to use stock 4.6 bore gaskets.
Cometic mls head gaskets is what i used on my 3 v Boss block build if your a 3.700 bore just order them 3.730 bore gasket .040 thick is the Ford Racing gasket thickness JPC and others also use Cometic for your application with the arp's you can also choose the thickness gasket you want but 40 thousandths is the FRPP gasket thickness so thats what i did.
Typically its recommended to go 30 thousandths larger than the piston bore on the gasket bore size I'd at least go +20 thousandths min.

Mine were .031" for the FRPP Big Bore head changing kit. In fact all of the frpp modular head changing kits I've used have had .031" head gaskets. The frpp gaskets are Cometic.
