Have you tried another pressure gauge? Maybe that one is bad. If it's reading 10# at idle, without the relocation filter setup, and 50 when you rev it, that's only about 20# low. It should be 20-30 at idle and go to about 70-80 at high revs.

i havent tired another gauge but it did the same with old oil pump and new one so not sure if i should just tear it apart or keep trouble shooting the issue

Just for reference. My new motor currently has the following oil pressures (with 10W-40):

Start up (cold)
90-95 PSI @ 2,000 RPM
80-85 PSI @ 900-1,000 RPM idle

Operating temp (196-200F calculated coolant temp)
70-75 PSI @ 2,000 RPM
50-55 PSI @ 900-1,000 RPM (really hot oil will drop to 40 PSI)

I have a digital gauge inside the car which is about 5 PSI off and a mechanical one in the engine bay.

What I am not sure of is if my pressures are a little too high.
Typically at idle at operating temp, they recommend roughly 25-30 PSI of oil pressure.

If the car isn't blowing up and has good pressure during operating conditions, why not just run it?

something going on with the bearings or galleys. I'm going to guess that whoever machined your block DIDN"T remove the 2 oil galley plugs, machined your block and washed it thinking all was ok. machinists that don't know 4.6's are guilty of this all over the country and lots will remove them and forget to put them back in. does your oil look contaminated ? I would drain it and look very very closely for anything and if something is found, I personally would remove it, do a complete teardown and go back thru it starting with measuring holes, cleaning block, checking tolerances, ETC,,,

that is a MUST on any mod motor where machining takes place as all that shit gets trapped and no other way to get it out. i would probably plan on all new bearings also at the least

Well finally took it apart after sitting in my garage couple months and plasti gauge it and had wayyy to much clearance on mains got new bearings in and checked clearance and now looks good and within spec. I hope this was all that was holding my oil pressure issue bearing eagle had told me I needed were .026mm and I actually needed .25mm had to get my crank polished which wasn't too bad
