Do you remember if the o-ring was installed on the oil pickup tube where it goes into the oil pump?

How did you check the rear block plug?

You have to remove the rear cover to access the plug.

stock gauge?

if so,try another oil pressure switch. they will do the exact same thing you are going through when they go bad.

Dropped tranny

The only way you can see the rear plug, it by removing the cover that holds the rear main seal. The plug is behind that cover.

Unless your builder did not pull any of the plugs.

Simple steps:

1. Ensure that oil pressure sensor connector is fully in place.
2. Replace oil pressure sensor.

Moderate Step:
1. Remove oil pan or use inspection scope to check oil pickup tube for debris.
2. Remove oil pan and front timing cover, replace oil pump.

If it were me, I would do the moderate step #1 before doing the simple steps because I wouldn't turn on my engine.

You have an oil filter relocation kit correct? Is it plumbed correctly? If not you will have very low oil pressure. Should go in to out, out to in from each adaptor.

Yes made sure hoses were in to out and also tried opposite and I put a manual gauge and still 10psi also put stock filter without relocation and went up a littl but not much maybe 2psi more ....... I also tried thicker oil and same on idle would pick up revving it but stop and would drop back down to 5-10 I will be pulling out motor again and checking bearings buddy says might have messed up bearings and now have too much clearances ..... ....... If I drilled the rear thrust like I have seen others do and never seen then have issues could that be my problem ? If yes why others haven't had that issue

Cold start up 70-80psi, cold idle 30-40psi warm idle 15-25psi. Revs or wot 50-70psi. Things like clearance and oil viscosity will play a part in this.
